How to transfer your software license from to a new computer
Can we transfer our purchased license to a different computer?Yes, you need to deactivate the software license on the existing computer first.
1) Open the software on the old computer, and deactivate the license via 'Help > About [software] > Deactivate
2) Install the software to the new computer.
3) Activate the software with your ID and password on the new computer.
You can deactivate and move your software license up to 4 times.
How can I check which licenses I have and / or recover a lost License ID and Password?
Visit the Guthrie CAD GIS License PortalThe license portal gives information about your current licenses.
Note: Older software licenses may not have been added to the portal. If your license is not found please Contact Support.
